  • That's completely okay. We believe diagnoses can be helpful and harmful depending on the context. We’re primarily interested in who you are, what you’re experiencing, and what you want to change. Whatever language or labels we use to describe it is up to you.

  • Most clients start with weekly 45 or 60 minute sessions. As you progress, we might adjust frequency to biweekly or monthly. For trauma work (IFS and EMDR) and intensive OCD treatment, we recommend 90-120 minute sessions and/or twice-weekly sessions. And if you’re interested in accelerated healing, check out our creative therapeutic intensives.

  • We work with individuals, couples, partners, polycules, roommates, coworkers, families — any relational arrangements that need support.
