You don’t have to go through this alone. We offer small, intentional therapy groups to create space to connect meaningfully with others who can relate. We believe shame thrives in secrecy, so our relational therapy groups can give you a space to practice vulnerable self expression, reduce internalized stigma, practice therapeutic skills, and gain perspective on your values + goals.
