Vineha Ramesh, LMSW (she/they)
Staff Therapist
welcome.
If you're experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling with connection and relationships, or navigating challenging life transitions that are causing you to doubt yourself - you're not alone. I'm here to help you work through your trauma, release unhelpful relational and emotional patterns, and create the life you want to live.
As an LGBTQ-affirming South Asian therapist, I understand the nuances of South Asian/pan-Asian cultures and queerness, and the way these, and other marginalized identities, can impact how we show up in relationships and move through the world.
My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, and culturally-sensitive, and I practice with an trauma-informed, anti-oppresive, and feminist lens. Above all else, I want my clients to feel seen and supported as they are, with no judgment.
I work with client who are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety/OCD, relationships and intimacy, identity concerns, and complex trauma. I am affirming of diverse relationship structures (polyamory/ENM), and practice therapy that is gender-affirming.
