Vineha Ramesh, LMSW (she/they)
Staff Therapist
welcome.
Developing a sense of self, navigating relationships, and exploring your identities are all important but sometimes challenging parts of adolescence and young adulthood. I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and young adults who are struggling with self-esteem, peer relationships, identity concerns, anxiety/depression, OCD, and life transitions.
My goal as a therapist is to hold space for you to process your emotions, support you in developing skills to navigate challenging moments, and help you find more meaning and joy in your life.
I know that starting therapy can be daunting and you may feel unsure of where to begin. I’m here to help you through this process. I believe that therapy can be a transformative opportunity to discover more of yourself, grow out of limiting beliefs, and create new possibilities - I’m looking forward to meeting you!
